1. Introduction
Welcome to Competence Grove, a competency development library for teams available at competencegrove.info. By accessing our services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, effective 2026.
2. Offerings
2.1 Team Services
Competence Grove provides live workshops, coaching sessions, and custom training programs designed to enhance team competencies.
2.2 Information Products
Digital resources such as e-books, online courses, toolkits, and templates are offered for individual or team development.
2.3 Physical Goods
Certain training materials and workbooks may be available as printed publications or kits shipped to your address.
3. Payment and Confirmation
All orders are subject to approval by Competence Grove. Upon completion of the payment process, a confirmation notice will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
4. Refund and Transfer Policy
4.1 Team Services
Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. If notice is given at least 14 days before the scheduled date, a full refund will be issued. For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event, a 50% refund applies. No refund is available for cancellations less than 7 days before the service start. Alternatively, you may request a one-time transfer to a future session if notified at least 7 days prior to the original date.
4.2 Information Products
Digital merchandise may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase provided that no more than 10 percent of the content has been accessed. After this period or threshold, purchases are final and not eligible for a refund.
4.3 Physical Goods
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if items are in original condition. Returned items must be sent to the address below at your cost. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be processed within 14 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Services and Products
Certain custom-designed programs or sessions that have commenced are expressly non-refundable due to the allocation of planning and delivery resources. All sales of such items are final.
